Well to go with the hampers from Deliciously Raw I simply had to get some Trishul treats. So two boxes of raw Christmas chocolates was right in order.
Now I’m a big fan of Trishul’s raw chocolate, anyone who has read this blog will know that. However, despite my bias, these were spectacular.
The selection was wide and so a little bit like a raw, vegan, uber-quality box of chocs you might have got for Christmas in your youth. However, there wasn’t a strawberry creme in sight nor a brazil nut cluster.
Raw Christmas Chocolates
Trishul chocolate goes way beyond any of that Milk Tray nonsense. You can always rely on the very best ingredients in Trishul’s chocolates, so rather than these being a naughty treat they’re actually good for your health!
Now I was unsure of the chilli chocolate, I have had that in the past and not been too keen. The chilli chocs in this are a lot better than I’ve tried before but not my favourite. Still nice, they may grow on me but I do find the heat odd in chocolate. Ho-hum.
No problem though. There were tons more to have. It’s the combination of flavours that does it. And as I said in the previous hamper post, these raw food treats have flavours in waves.
And all because the lady loves…
So here’s the list of raw Christmas chocolates from Trishul
- Cranberry and Raspberry Bounty
- Ginger and pecan caramels
- Pistachio and sour cherry caramels
- Rose truffle
- Chilli truffle
- Mulberry fudge
- Violet fig and apricot
- Brazil nut fudge
- Raspberry truffle
Now there’s a package that packs a punch. A raw chocolatey punch!
I love these and anyone reading this should check her out. She does loads of vegan fairs and you can find out where she is next on her Facebook Page – Trishul Raw Chocolate.
Ok, so Raw Christmas Chocolates are over now but there will be plenty more where that came from, so keep ‘em peeled!
